Unable to LAN devices from wireless devices on DSL-2750U




Have you come across a scenario where your laptop connected over wireless is unable to ping your desktop pc connected with a wired cable to the same router? If yes is your answer, we have a solution to this.

This fix applicable for all DSL-2750u & DSL-2730U.
Please follow the instructions given below to fix the issue :



  • log into the the gui(default : 192.168.1.1)
  • click setup > wireless > uncheck mult-ap isolation or clients isolation
  • save setting and reboot your router.
  • test your ping response
